None of us will be here in 2079. According to Forrester in his book, "World Dynamics," the end of the world is in 2030 something and some plague does us in. It's been 25 years since I read it, so I'm a bit fuzzy on the exact date. But what's a few years, give or take, amongst doomers. Karen

GZ-what is the 2079 problem? How can anyone predict we will even be here in 2079 to have one, what with the 2000 one, the global ecological disasters coming for the next 2 decades, the 2000 follow-ups chain of dominoes problems, thruout the preceding generations, WW111 expected within 5 years, with full-scale nuke and other WMD warfare, and being capped off with the new A warfare (atmospheric weapons) !!! Whoever predicted major problems to occur in 2079 is certainly an ultra-polly!!!
