Plenty of significance there. You're an engineer. What do you think about Jermo's comments:

Jermoluk: When people compare DSL to cable, they think they are within 2 or 3 times of each other. What they're forgetting is that they're comparing DSL to one channel of cable. Cable has 150 channels. That's why we're on cable. It's overwhelmingly better than the phone line. It's not 2-or 3-to-1, it's 150 times better.
