Just to put things in perspective both Etrade/Telebank and Netbank are more than 60% off recent highs. Netbank is actually trading at a P/E of 75 right now, no where near the 'overvaluation' you'd expect from an internet based company. (Telebank also offers brokerage) Etrade/Telebank continue to grow while still in the red. Over the weekend press was pretty bearish against the internet sector, and what's going on with RedHat only illustrates the madness of crowds. I worry a lot more people will be taking their money and running come tomorrow, even if the markets up. Amazing how sentiment can change so quickly. Only a month ago we would have been in the $20's by now.
