Didn't certain board members have to bring down the percentage of shares that they owned to meet merger requirements with Uswest. How much of the selling was them exercising their options before the merger. I don't read too much into this. These Shareowners can waste their time and money suing Qwest for normal activities. I see the stock rebounding soon and then their point will be mute.
