As far as ECNC's new placement I suspect it will be similar to the previous one recently filed back in June(?). My guess is the Australians and whoever Manny can recruit here. I suspect it will be limited to BIG BLOCK buys. Just my suspicions. Look at prior SB/2 filings for a glimpse of what to expect. btw...I was a bit off on the new company structure. ETTA is not eSafe apparently. It is the name of the alliance of ECNC and eSafe per Tom. eSafe IPO expected to be offered soon. Not sure what time frame that would be though.
