<Bearish sentiment----on this thread. > ???? I find this really funny. For the last couple months, we've had discussion on the merits of Phone.com's technology and so far, I've seen little bearish sentiment on what they are doing. In fact, it's mostly been a really positive story of a company developing a new market. Cool thing here is the buyers are tech savvy phone companies looking for ways to make a lot more money with a product that depends on selling more and more air time. Having very willing buyers makes it all the more likely that PHCM will continue to see an incredible growth of revenues and earnings as this product rocket off into the history books. So, this week because some folks have a computer which picks up anomalies in share price, we all of a sudden have a bearish thread???? What you should say is we that have some day traders dropping in to take a pot shot at a stock. Their TA has no consideration of the fundamentals of why a stock is trading up, just that it is and therefore it should be shorted. Maybe they are right and in one or 2 days, or weeks, they'll see a fluctuation that justifies their type of gambling. But to say this is a bearish thread seems to be a stretch. Personally, I'd be very bearish if there were fundamental issues at stake such as product problems, competition winning and important battle, or what ever. I think the interesting thing here is to wonder where this investment will be in 1 or 2 years. I think if you link recent news with this stocks meteoric rise, you understand the big picture. The fact that 3Com has submitted that they may not be able to maintain their position as the number one handheld device without joining WAP, and even using the Phone.com micro-browser, is a very powerful event. You question these people's understanding of candles. I wonder if they even know what WAP stands for? Regards, Mark
