38% of the available stock shorted leads the pack by a very wide margin. Someone (or a lot of people) seems to think this stock will get cheaper. I think I'll stay away.

Regulatory issues are still outstanding. Some have called managment's ethics into question with regard to possible "upcoding". Investigations in 3 states still ongoing.

On the other hand, stock is cheap on EBITDA multiple of 4X if managent is exonerated.
