Doomed to repeat the same mistake over and over? Is this the fate of mankind? Leon Russell sang the song "Roll away the stone" and many thought it was about the capstone of Jesus' tomb. Let us hope it is not our fate to be like Sisyphus.

Sisyphus (SIS-i-fus)

Synopsis: "Sisyphus was condemned to Hades for a crime against the gods - the specifics of which are variously reported. The gods condemned him to an eternity of hard labor... and frustrating labor at that. His assignment was to roll a great boulder to the top of a hill. Only every time, by the greatest of exertion and toil, Sisyphus attained the summit, the boulder rolled back down again. Sisyphus was condemned to repeat this task for eternity...."

Ever feel like Sisyphus?
