Ari

I think that an email space should be provided for those that wish to provide one on the protest letter form so that people can be contacted in the future if other minority shareholder issue arise. If people do not want to give an email then so be it. But I am sure that some will be interested in staying abreast of future issues and an email address is the only way to contact people that are not SI members directly.

To Ari & Jack:

I applaud you and thank you on your efforts in this area, and would be more than willing to sign and fax any required documents to you.

Although I totally agree with the outrage over the repricing of options, I would like to play Devil's Advocate for a moment. What is your opinion of the effect on Pyng if repricing of options does NOT occur? For example, does it mean that key members of the company may decide to leave, and leave the company in a more vulnerable position? Does it mean that larger salaries will instead have to be paid to employees, thereby jeopardizing the cash flow situation in the company?

I ask this question because I do not know the answer, and think that it's always better to know what the alternative is ahead of time, if possible.
