Yes, there has always been a tag-team strategy at work with Bill and Hill. I wouldn't say though, that she is carrying on Bill's agenda so much as she is furthering her own which is in agreement with his, give or take a few interns. They've played the scenario out almost perfectly, keeping enough distance between her and him to keep her from getting drug down with him if he went down the tubes but not so far that she couldn't still play the long suffering, but supportive help-mate if that suited their purposes. I think it has always been their strategy to get two for the price of one and let her continue on if Bill didn't manage to get rid of term limits or take control of the government by executive order.

I am not a chauvinist when it comes to politicians. I think she is every bit as big an asshole as he is and her "vision" for America is every bit as traitorous and threatening to our future.
