I spoke with Northstar this A.M. and have an update. The Able purchase is supposed to close next Thursday and news will be then announced. They will at the same time open their new web-site for us to see and go "live" for the first auction mid September. Several significant "happenings" have taken place but cannot be announced until the sale is final - and the pending sale was held up because of the NASD forward split screw up. Hope this helps - please feel free to call IR yourself.
