I agree GENO. The B2B arena is so huge that it is a real challenge to try and figure out where ProNetLink will fit in: There are so many angles--infrastructure providers of hardware and software, intranet-like providers that link up companies with their suppliers and clients, product and industry specific 'brokers', if you will, consulting opportunities, country specific link-ups, links with cargo/transportation outfits and so many more. We all could go crazy with either fear of the massive competition or excitement at the opportunities. I looked at a Joural of International Commerce (or something like that) a few weeks ago at the library and while there were many references to the internet (web pages, etc.) I didn't see a single reference to ProNetLink. I was mildly disappointed. However, this market, as I see it, that PNLK is addressing is only forming and very well may BE MOLDED AND FORMED by PNLK. That is our hope--that they have an approach that will give them a kind of 'lock' on some international trade by using their inside connections brought about by know how and savvy. Since I'm not an expert on international trade and the current real competition to PNLK I rely on 4 factors at this point: 1. The internet is growing worldwide 2. There will be a demand for increases in efficiency and information with regard to international trade, for survival and growth 3. PNLK has delivered on past promises 4. PNLK is agressive and has access to some very powerful people that appear to be able to influence many others What is unclear is 1. Do they have a product or can they develop the existing product into a tool that will be embraced by their target market? We know they have a slick-looking product with personalization and webcast abilities but that is useless if the forum is not enticing 2. How long will it take for the market to develop? Only time will prove out the answers. Long and waiting. I said it before and I'll say it again. This, while maybe a great holding now, is a company addressing a market with at least a 10-15 year period of growth ahead. Ted
