RE: WorldCom outages. I am not too sure what is going on with all your discussion but wanted to add something regarding UUNET which is a WorldCom company. Up here in Canada there were two outages so far this year due to UUNET's backbone. The one time, my now back-up ISP was down for the whole day because UUNET was not able to get things running for this ISP in my city. Then I heard on the Cdn. day-trading thread that CSW (Canada-Stockwatch.com) was having problems because of UUNET. These were very isolated events but none the less frustrating. Just wanted to share this with everybody.
