to: chalu2 from: truedog I have no problem with Colin Powell but, do not have a great deal of information on him either. Your mention of combat boots made me realize that I have no knowledge of just what Powell's "combat" record is. We can not count the Gulf War because he was seldom,if ever, on the battlefield. I'm not sure who called the shots there because so much was said of "stormin Norman". I could probably find this information if I knew the proper place to look. If you can be of help, I would appreciate it....TD
