If, and only if, Bush did these things it was a bad thing to do and should mar his record, to a degree but, these sins do not hold a candle to those Clinton has admitted to already, and then add those that have been alleged, as you are alleging that Bush snorted, And Clinton is so far worse than can really be imagined.
