The following site should prove to be quite valuable to any investor, but particularly those searching for specific words in SEC filings. It allows you to search for words of phrases (e.g. "conversion," "convertible preferred) in all SEC filings, or filings within a specific time frame. For example, you can search for the words "convertible preferred" in all filings submitted between July 1 and August 15, 1999. You could also search for specific bandits, (e.g., Castle Creek).
