to: chalu2 from: truedog I understand that and agree that some employers were,and still are, so consumed with their bottom line they don't much care how they go about enhancing it but, certainly not all were that callous and I wish it had not been deemed necessary for the government to intervene. I would prefer that DC stays out of my life, as well as out of my pocket. For the record, we employed about 200 to 230 workers, with about 60% percent of them women and knew that, if their parental rights were respected,in all probability,we could expect the return of a seasoned employee. Being nice to the people that work for you can be of greater benefit than taking a hard line...TD
