I kind of figured that Kostech wouldn't accept restricted shares for publishing material about the companies they do business with so if someone didn't have free trading shares in the treasury they would have to register them before giving them to Kosta. I guess axnte had them in the treasury or they would have had to file an S-8 or 3 before printing new free trading shares to give out for promotion. _____________________________________________________ >>>>> Zonkie, I am not sure about the filing requirements you asked about.
