SGHLaw, You certainly have some valid points that I will not dispute or contradict. I still am of the belief that this is a good deal and time will bear that out. Deep down, you must feel at least partially optimistic as you stated you felt your shares were worth more...actually what I mean is, you must feel we will get upward movement, regardless of the deal. If you didn't, surely you would sell, regardless of your purchase price. Anyway, I understand what you are saying, and agree with much of what you say...lets just chill out and see what happens... have a great day KG
