In my opinion, since TTRIF hasn't traded in Canada in over a year, and R.B.'s filings with the BCSC have been less than accurate, he has probably written off ever having TTRIF trade in Canada again. Only if the VSE or the BCSC act to halt R.B. individually and prevent him from trading in Canada and/or serving as an officer/director of another Canadian company will he get the message. If TTRIF's "new foreign investor group" doesn't materialize soon, I believe the company will roll back shares in order to continue its operations. It will be interesting to see to what extent TTRIF's annual report discloses/explains the debt owed by TTRIF to Intek Corporation. Who owns Intek? I think the SEC and the BCSC staff should start comparing notes. Daxtech

Five people face numerous fraud-related charges after Australian beef was illegally shipped to the United States marked as Canadian beef.

The charges follow an 18-month investigation involving the Ontario Provincial Police, Agriculture Canada investigators and U.S. customs officials.

Investigators became involved after a shipment of frozen boneless beef entering the United States was found to have come from Australia, not from Canada as was purported in customs documents, police said.

A total of 25 similar shipments, originating from two companies between July and October, 1993, were subsequently examined.

Four members of Qualico Foods Inc. of Hamilton were charged, including president Pasquale Paletta, 63, of Milton. He faces forgery and fraud charges, as well as two counts of extortion and uttering threats.

Angelo Paletta, 32, and Paolo Paletta, 27, face several fraud and forgery charges.

Dan Mullins, a clerk at Qualico Foods, has also been charged.

Vince Paletta, Jr., president of Can-Americ Foods Corp. of King City, also faces a number of fraud-related charges.

HEADLINE: PACKERS CHARGED IN MEAT SCHEME

BY: IAN TIMBERLAKE - TORONTO SUN

Officials of two meat-packing plants have been charged in a scam to avoid American tariffs by exporting Australian beef as Canadian.

Federal agriculture workers were threatened as part of a scheme to take advantage of Canada's free-trade status, OPP officers said.

Police said frozen boneless Australian beef was exported to the U.S. as Canadian. Canadian beef is not subject to American tariffs.

OPP Det.-Sgt. Malcolm Chivers said anti-rackets officers investigated 26 meat shipments, each 18,900 kilos. The shipments were made from July to October 1993.

CERTIFICATES

Police also say shippers provided false information to get meat inspection certificates from Canadian authorities.

OPP worked on the investigation with U.S. Customs and the Canadian agriculture department. Authorities filed charges of conspiracy, forgery and other offenses.

Charged are: Pasquale Paletta, 63, of Milton, president of Qualico Foods, Inc., Hamilton; Angelo Paletta, 32, of Burlington, and Paolo Paletta, 27, of Stoney Creek, both vice-presidents of Qualico; Vince Paletta, 29, of King City, president of Can-Americ Foods Corp., of St. Clair Ave. W., Toronto; and Dan Mullins, of Hamilton, a clerk at Qualico.

~ To All ~

I have sent ALL the same information to the United States, Securities And Exchange Commission (SEC) that was previously faxed to the British Columbia Security Commission (BCSC). I urge all of you to PLEASE do the same ... let your views and complaints be heard. Lord knows we have enough of them and the need for recognition is astronomical.

I understand some shareholders have said notifying the SEC doesn't do any good … DOING NOTHING accomplishes zero as well. Can't do any harm, that is for sure.

Thank You and Best Regards,

Please voice uncut opinions and speak your mind to the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC).

We need to keep the Cease Trade Order against Thermo Tech ™ Technologies Inc. pursuant to Section 164 of the Securities Act (British Columbia) in chock-full and continuous effect.

René J. Branconnier is anchored at present. This stronghold aftermath
should remain uninterrupted for the advancement of shareholders.

Thank You and Best Regards,

With all of your aliases and mood swings, the multiple personality syndrome is indeed a prime example of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. My regret presently is the civility I gave you prior within blurb #2416 … guess I was wrong, Huh?

In view of your Raging Bull post #3623 that read:

"Cayman and others who clearly cannot think for themselves."

Contradicted words written thereafter in post #3905:

About putting people down?

Reply:

As for my own assessment … let me say that I rigidly object to your comment relating to my independent judgment and insight ability. I guide and direct many people relating to my employment in addition to goals outside of profession that I believe in and will labor for. This being Law Enforcement that is high on my priority list.

Just because I (we) angry and ill-treated shareholders do NOT agree with YOUR shallow haughtiness in marketing René, doesn't mean that we cannot think for ourselves. On the contrary!

If Branconnier and entourage were/are as clean-handed as you argue they are … then why has the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) issued a Cease Trade Order against this company called Thermo Tech? Moreover, why has it NOT been lifted?!

For the life of me, I don't see how anyone can defend or exonerate RB as CEO with the amount of destruction and ill fate he has caused humane beings, including TTRIF!

Certain technicalities that are (still) stuck in my craw:

The Patents:

I don't trust René one bit and wonder what he will do with them. The Patented Thermophilic Process Technology was originally developed by three (3) Scientist working at the University of British Columbia.

1. Professor Lionel T. Coulthard, Engineer

2. Hugh S. Saben, Ph.D

3. Dr. Philip M. Townsley, Microbiologist

There are four (4) Patents:

1. US 4292328

2. US 4512103

3. CDN 1208584

4. CDN 1084762

These Patents were assigned to H.A.C.T. Systems Ltd., of Surrey, British Columbia. In 1987, HACT granted a license to Thermo Waste.

I know on July 17, 1998 these Patents were yanked unconcernedly back in the hands of René Joseph Branconnier, Daniel Brian Cumming and Robert Lester Jackman. Why? This was a turbulent transaction and one I never did consider honest! The reason given for this move, according to TT Form 20-F, was because of pending completion regarding corporate planning and structuring by the company. Sorry, I don't buy it! Where are those Patents now? How do we know for sure where they are? Does René still control HACT? What role does he play?

Annual General Meeting (AGM) – October 30, 1998:

Why were Non-Registered shareholders "Locked Out" with barricades and Security? This treatment was inhuman and degrading to the bone. The News Release of November 2, 1998 stated current management had won by excess of votes. How in the Hell can ballots be counted correctly when an exorbitant amount of stockholders were denied the privilege to elect? I didn't accept it then, don't now and NEVER will.

Transfer Stations and Trucking Costs:

This one makes my hair stand up on end. Why the $750,000 expansion in the midst of rig expenses? Something doesn't add up here … big time.

Now, I'm going to bid you Adieu (Good-bye) crappedout.

Allez À l'Enfer!
