Art,

No offense, but these exact same guidelines could be used by anyone who wants to manipulate the stock up or down (or both as in pump and dump). While you & Mike.com [who used his real name back on the old thread] have put your real names on the line, there are some others (the Atheist comes to mind) who are rah-rah longs on the stock who also remain anonymous.

Message boards Guidelines, used by shorters that short sell stock.

1. Be anonymous, of course.

Stagger does have a point about the SAR's; Without them, the loss for the first two quarters would be only $2.7MM, or closer to (0.07) than (0.36). The SAR's are something that I'm wary about and keeping close tabs on. If BS dumps a bunch of stock again, then believe me, I'll raise Cain. If he's wise and holds onto his shares, then there shouldn't be too much negative impact from the SAR's. Next year for the shareholder's meeting, if we get to vote on this again, believe me you'll hear me yell loud and long that we should vote it down. But until then I'm much more concerned about the rollout dates than anything else.
