nice gap up to $48 at the open, I'm sure everyone here
is enjoying this nice run up, about 2 points a day, of course we never should have sold off this low in the first place, but we have little control over that.

I don't think we discussed much on the Panama acquistion but that was great news. I am going back to reread it now, but I was very impressed with that buy. Over 15,000 businesses, market share was...mmm..can't remember, gotta go read.

regards,
cg(btw, David K., I do a lot of public speaking, so if you need a volunteer to join you for the conference to give an indiv. investors POV, I'll fly back to the city and take about 15 or 20 min. off your hands...grin)

Dear Mr. Kunkel:

Undecided smart money on the sideline waiting for Oct FOMC aside, the continuing deterioration of P6 stock price definitely seems to be worse off than the general ISDEX performance and is increasingly disconcerting to me. Your relative quiet of late makes me even more nervous...

Can you speak a little to how the company is assimilating its endless stream of acquisitions (from an internal operational management standpoint), how it's integrating these acquired entities into a seamless global network, and how the heavy debt structure and stock dilution is holding up in the face of likely interest rate hike and stock price deterioration?

Thanks in advance!
