I was just about to post it; you beat me to it by only a few seconds.

Looks as if the company still doesn't have new auditors...

I wonder why the co. thought that news release was needed.

The only interesting fact that it reports is that despite still not having an auditor, they are happy to continue issuing financial statements anyway.

What a joke.

Beyond that, it makes the ridiculous claim that they have a dream that some unknown future auditor will somehow help them attain a nasdaq/amex listing.

This is really very humorous. Considering that two different auditing firms to date have expressed that they won't touch a company with Dorian Reed, I wonder why he thinks that Nasdaq/Amex will be any different.

Late and getting later?

PR says The Company also announced that it is filing Form 12b-25, and intends to file its Form 10-Q for the second quarter by Monday, August 23, 1999.

Acc to Rule 12b-25, Paragraph b., section 2, sub-section ii, if they wait until August 23, they'll be late again!

Form 10-Q or 10-QSB, or portion thereof, will be filed no later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date
