Hi again..

I heard from a usually reliable source yesterday that Attorney John Zarian, who instituted the previous class action litigation against WWWC et.al. is going back into court next week seeking reinstatement of the lawsuit and expansion of the injunction to halt all trading in NWDP until things get resolved. It seems that none of the WWWC shareholders have received their converted NWDP shares to date. My wife and I have have not returned our conversion letters pending clarification of the trading restriction issue.

I am passing on this "information" for what it may be worth. I cannot vouch for its accuracy.
