Jan, I'll have a confirm on this today, but I think its 60 days before the SEC will allow a short after an IPO.

Any new IPO can't have short interest until they're 6 months old.

Hi James, it's most likely 30 days after the Ipo. Dscm's 1 month birthday will be around 8/18/99.


That is when I go long. Many will short and push the price down a bit.
