Form 144's were filed Aug. 9 by "Power House Christian Center" and by Gordon Quiel. I found these on a Bloomberg terminal. They don't show up at www.edgar-online.com for some reason. The first seller, which is located in Katy Texas, filed to sell 75,000 shares. Quiel, who has an address in Bermuda Dunes, CA, filed to sell 14,000 shares. It's interesting to speculate why a religious organization would own shares in such a risky stock. The fact that the two filings were the same day suggests, but doesn't prove, that Quiel is related somehow to the religious organization.
