Depends on what the nature of ghosts, if any, turns out to be. If ghosts ever turn out to be "real," it is not impossible that they may fit seamlessly into our physics. It is also not impossible that they won't, but will require significant reworking of physics.

My guess is that when we understand the "true nature" of ghosts, it will change or add to our understanding of psychology, rather than physics. But it's just a guess. Maybe there are anomalous energies. If there are, it will augment, rather than change, our understanding of physics, I should think.
