I'm glad this closed today. There was always the chance someone else could have come in with another bid. Nice PR move to highlight the NOL part of the deal. Keeping tax rates down is always good. Not much talk of the Japan deal last week. I see this as an area of much growth for RSYS. That part of the world is in a major expansion. TEMX is already there. Just a thought-is it too early to be thinking of whom the next merger partner will be?
