John, that confirms what we deduced last year around this same time. In short, there are no firm rules limiting the timing of insider buying, but companies are left to police themselves. Board members are often given greater latitude since they are not generally involved in daily company activity. Carl Berg could certainly put himself at arm's length, and merely have placed a standing order to his broker, to be cancelled upon notification from the company that they had received a PO. After all, we've all heard Lev say that they have had samples from the factory in customers' hands for months now, and some products in beta testing now, so that POs could arrive at any time... or not. I see no reason to think that the recent act(s) of insider buying would mean they cannot have a PO in hand now or any time soon.

On the other hand, if Lev had been doing the buying it would be a different story....
