Read the middle paragraph very carefully. It expresses my view that even if true insiders were selling part of their positions, it might not be meaningful depending on how much they sell. As was the case with Ken Pasternak at NITE (an illustrative example I have used about 10 times on this message board).

Let me add something. Even Fred Rittereiser's sale debunks one of your more popular theories - his 144 was filed BEFORE his sale actually went through, and then a Form 4 was filed. You have this (FALSE) theory that all 144's are filed simultaneous with the sales they reflect (as "planned sales") -- Fred's Form 4 reveals that, once again, your theories as to "how things really are" are about as lame as your diligence on ATG.

I do love the stock by the way - and in the next 5-10 days, you will perhaps begin to understand why.
