Poco - trading halt
When Northrock was halted a few months back it was only for two hours. This was in regards to the equity stake that Unocal was taking.
If it was a funding type news you would think it would have halted less than a few hours ?
Maybe there going to offer themselves up to the highest bidder for the sake of the shareholders. Note management does not have a great many shares to themselves so its hard to say they would offer the company up (they may lose there jobs!)....unless a US comp. comes in and buys them out.
Just a guess ....
Considering what CNQ paid for a heavy oil property, Poco should be ripe takeover with gas prices this high.
