Notes from CC as they pertain to NN:

Q: Customer concentration for the quarter?
A: Top three represented 90-92%.

Q: Were Sun and Newbridge predominant?
A: Yes.

Q: What revenue increase tied to NN?
A: All growth in NN was new product.

Q: Backlog entering Q?
A: $40 million.

Q: 2 biggest customers are vast majority?
A: Yes.

Q: [re expansion] Why looking at acquisitions?
A: We started up Kirkland with NN business [devoted solely to NN] --- Sun and others are at other facility. We want to expand our customer base and we can do it through acquisitions.

Q: What about NN products?
A: We had been doing TDM on consignment and now moving to turnkey. November new codes are coming down. We see expansion going forward.

Q: Room for testing?
A: Yes, there's room for large volumes of test equipment --- and will add more services to agreement

Q: Overall capacity?
A: Anywhere from $10 to 20 million per line. Can do $300 million from both plants --- we're not at capacity --- 7 lines in Dollard (?) and 7 lines at Kirkland, all up and running. 2 more at (?), making 16 total. All running.

>>>>>

If Sun and NN represent 90% and NN is given 7 lines out of 16, and Sun thrown in with "other," what percentage of PrimeTech's business is NN? Higher math, I know. :))
