Seagate is selling some of their Sandisk shares:

Only 250,000, will leave them with somewhat less than 6 million shares after it is done, and a little less than 20% of the company when SNDK is done with their secondary offering of 2.75 million additional shares.

Sandisk should have around $400 million in cash when the secondary is done, or about $13/share cash. A nice warchest to buy wafers and expand their capacity with.
