I agree on all counts. I am more conservative than he, but if he were the party's candidate, I would vote for him. I cannot blame his wife, and I think he is correct to defer to her, as well....

Hello all- George W. Bush is going to be elected barring a comet or Y2K disaster. Having said that everyone should realize it does not matter who is elected he/she will follow the establishment line. The Republicans will win to preserve the 2 party illusion. Someday we may even see a so called 3rd party elected <some insider who will only appear as a reformer> but until ALL the names who qualify on the national voting ballot are on stage for a series of debates and giving people a true choice then we will see nothing but the status quo.
