Just got off the phone with Don who had just finished a pow wow with Brian.

The objective is to get real control of the liquidity of the stock. Once they have achieved this then the work of rebuilding the inherent value should become much easier. As a penny stock they just can't get the appropriate level of attention or respect. A higher price delivers more people and other avenues. Don also confirmed that they only need 900k US to meet their obligation, the NTFS are a little off. Finally, they indicated a good update of the situation would be out by the end of the month.

Those are the facts, FWIW, i think this is going to be good. McAllister is a pro at this stage of deals. They have done this stuff before and know how to get noticed. In this resource market and on this exchange, that could take some time. I think it is a hell of an idea and the result should be a company which gets back to having the tiger by the tail rather then what we have faced ever since those buggers in Utah did the claims jump.

The simultanious name change will serve to wipeout the historical stock price info etc and so new highs can be legged up as they produce the samples and hit the shows. The more you think about it, the more of a coup it appears to resemble.

I'll see what else i can get.
