Nothing fancy. It was a one-way bet between CookiePuss and I.

I say EBAY will hit $30.00 or below at some point this year, and will end up below today's closing price of 109.00 even.

No splits or anything else like that. If both things occur, I win, if only one or neither occur, I lose. Simple as that.
