Sandintoes, It is a phrase that is very much overused and has lost some if it's real meaning as a result, but General Powell is a natural born leader. I would cross party lines in order to vote for him. The reason is not because of his skin color(although he would get and also lose many votes because of that) but because he is a man that could truly engender hope in many people. His qualifications, character, and natural abilities would be great for this country, IMO. Mark
