Your posts are "frantic" like you are coming unglued. It doesn't make sense for you to be here in this type of "anxiety filled" posts. Plus you go under a cartoon alias.
And you point your finger at others.

NightHawkz,

It is very curious that you get such enjoyment watching this stock so closely weeks after you have sold your position. Is this your normal route for your entertainment? Unfortunately for your sake, I fear that you are a very unhappy person who only feels worthy when watching others suffer. I also suspect that you are a reasonably intelligent person. However, I bet your emotional quotient is quite low. Why don't you find out by taking this EQ test and posting your results? queendom.com

What ever you do, I hope you find inner peace some day.

Guy

<<To the Shareholders of Financial Intranet,
We appreciate your patience in waiting for the Company's SB-2 registration and the (8-A) reporting form to be filed and effective. The sole purpose of this letter is to keep Company shareholders abreast of the latest developments regarding reporting status. Press releases and other announcements will be issued separately.

We did expect to achieve fully-reporting status on Friday, August 6,1999. However, the SEC had some comments which were quickly addressed, and we filed amended documents on Monday, August 9th. Thursday morning the 12th found us with two entirely new comments, one legal, one accounting. These issues had not been commented on throughout any previous filings. They were regarding our last private placement and a funding that took place in 1998. Our response had to be accompanied by a signed document from the 1998 funder. We could not get this document to the SEC in time to file again on Friday the 13th.

We expect this issue to be resolved by mid-week, and plan to file promptly thereafter. Since we went "stale" on the 13th, our second quarter numbers will now be included in the filing. The SEC knows that they have had our complete cooperation throughout this process. They also know that the new comments received rather late in the game could have been resolved with more notice before the August 13th deadline. Thus, they have promised to review the amendment as quickly as possible.

The Company's first SB-2 registration was filed on February 26, 1999. It seems to us that each and every possible open issue has been raised, commented on and resolved during the intervening months. This document has been reviewed extensively by our independent auditors, SEC attorneys and the SEC. We simply can't imagine any other issues being raised, subsequent to this week's amendment. This is our opinion.

We are moving our corporate offices this Sunday, August 22nd. The new contact information is as follows:

Financial Intranet, Inc.
116 Radio Circle
Mount Kisco, NY 10549
914.242.4848

Our data center will remain in Ardsley until October 1, when it will be moved to a co-location facility with bandwidth-on-demand capability. This is required for webcasts, and in anticipation of increased video-on-demand content on our site.

We'd like to stop thanking you for your patience in awaiting fully-reporting status, and all that such status brings with it. We hope that this is the last time that we close with

Many thanks for your patience and continued support

The Management of Financial Intranet
