Its not only speed it's as many others have said before, it's what broadband should and will bring in the future. Such as DVD's, sports,etc..
Everyone keeps talking about cost, well not everyone. But if cost is the question then someone is going to have to explain to me why is or are the new chips such as PIII and the new ones ones drawing new buyers. I would have to say graphics, speed , memory and a host of other things that having broad band a necessity. The above stocks are not going up just because of new computer users, look around you, myself included how many of you have upgraded your current PC'S
