What do you know?
Kiski finally filed an S13G. From the looks of things my guess is that they are heavily margined in this one. I'm also guessing they are stuckholders. Can't sell without killing the price and themselves. I see a S13D and a S13G. The 13D is more interesting because it spells out their agreement with Piper Jaffrey.
According to hte agreement with Piper jaffrey it looks like they only need 33% of the value of their holdings to keep from having their position involuntarily liquidated. Looks like Piper have agreed no to lend out the shares eiher, and they got a Visa Gold card out of the deal too. Anyway guess I got to read it more carefully - way to busy now. But would love your opinion if you can get away from the BB shorts.
