Thanks for the report Bob !! Things appear to be on track. I look forward to the PR regarding the funding next week. Patience will have it's rewards IMO. We now have the money to enable the company to survive until significant revenues are generated. Heck, the TEMPO deal is a killer deal in itself. :~):~)

Regards,

Phil
===========================================================

<<TEMPO starts in Sept and revenues should flow in Oct. Last year they did approx 70m CDs. The signed another large contract for 40m CDs so will do more than 100m CDs next year. TSIG will be on all of them at a dime each to TSIG. If TSIG is involved in any specific deal there will be additional revenues. There are some in the works. TSIG then makes about $1/CD.>>

<<The anticipation of TSIG is for, and it looks like, Lifetime to reach at least a 10% participation. Lifetime has never had a drive not do at least 27%. This is the first year and should do better next year. At this level the company should minimally make $20m earnings according to projections.>>

<<The 4-H leaders expect to have easily 1/3 of the clubs participate. At this level 4-H could rival Lifetime in revenues. These are small clubs and the competition among the members should raise the sales efforts resulting in a higher sale per individual.>>

<<Gordon is working on 5-6 new accounts and looks to announce several as we move to the end of the month and into the middle of September. There are a couple that could be bigger than either Lifetime or 4-H.>>

Bob: Thanks for your report. If I understand your report correctly, it appears that Gordon is focusing on the long term. Rather than expend energy on a large number of smaller projects which may not pan out, he is working hard to make the larger projects a success. TSIG needs to "show the money", and they will hopefully be able to do so if LL and 4H work out as projected.

With a track record (missing at this point in time), TSIG will be able to sell the card concept to the larger organizations and the success will feed on itself. In addition, Golin/Harris will be able to market the company to the world with some earnings under TSIGs belt.

This will not happen overnight, but I can wait.

Thanks again.
Tom

Bob,

As always, a first class job.

What I got most out of your report was the growth in RG's maturity conveyed regarding the new business development opportunities.

Specifically, he's showing patience, selectivity and prioritization. It appears he is now able to see past making the next payroll. A new confidence that the worst is behind.

Coupling two of the discussion points together: wait and sign up higher quality distributors, and a local quality distributor calling on Corporate America presents entirely new revenue opportunities.

One example: sell MyMusicCard to a corporation as an employee appreciation gift or incentive that can be distributed just before the holidays. Order music at reduced prices for the kids or adults as holiday gifts.
Many, many opportunities here.

RG also discussed uses for the PP, specifically the IRS obligation. Personally, I have had more concern over this problem than most others. Any potential investor doing the slightest bit of DD will find this. Pay it off before the third quarter ends. Get it off the books ASAP! Start the fourth quarter clean.

John

Hi Bob - I heard you may be meeting with Robert Gordon today. If so, please ask him to provide an update to what he told you last time on August 16, 1999:

Message 10974347

<<He made a call and as best as can be determined the shark has about 1m shares left to divest. He doesn't think the "shark" is shorting any more. Hopefully the stock will become normal trading after this week.>> Has the shark finished divesting ? Any $ amount left unconverted ?

<<The new PP should be announced next week.>> When does Rob Gordon expect the terms of the new PP to be announced ?

<<Nettaxi is in the game.>> Any idea of the # of hits that
nettaxi.mymusiccard.com is receiving ?

<<Gordon is working on 5-6 new accounts and looks to announce several as we move to the end of the month and into the middle of September. There are a couple that could be bigger than either Lifetime or 4-H.>>

Wow ! That was very exciting Bob !! Working on 5-6 new accounts. We look forward to Rob Gordon's update on this as we are in the middle of September NOW !!

Also, what is the status of Lifetime Learning, 4-H, My PhotoCard, TEMPO, Babe Ruth and EOCnet ?

Bob - I would appreciate it if you would concentrate your efforts on obtaining FACTS on this visit with Rob Gordon. Thanks. :~)

Regards,

Phil

Hi Bob - from your August 16, 1999 meeting with Robert Gordon:

a) "The new PP should be announced next week. Gordon wants all the money in the bank before doing the PR." Is all the money in bank now ? It is now over a month since Robert Gordon told you that.

b) "The Signature teleservices deal is put off until the first of the year due to the California bank pulling out. It may be revived then with different support." I'm totally confused on this one. Is the Signature deal dead or not ?

c) "Gordon is working on 5-6 new accounts and looks to announce several as we move to the end of the month and into the middle of September. There are a couple that could be bigger than either Lifetime or 4-H." Could this still happen ?

Bob, my opinion is that you are a very good man. However, when information is relayed to you from Robert Gordon - I think he should update what he told you previously - especially when it doesn't happen. This has nothing to do with positive expectations about the future - many of us are very positive about the future with TSIG.

Bob - I appreciate all your posts. However, it is frustrating - for me at least - when great things are forecast to occur in the future by the President of TSIG (not you - as you are only reporting what you heard) and then - when it doesn't happen - there is no follow-up.

Regards,

Phil
