>>Now what do you think ????<<
Happy, this is what I think! Its 2:55pm. I'm going to play tennis, then I'm going to work out, go into the healing pool, have a massage, come back home, hug my dog, have sex, go to sleep, and try to do it all again tomorrow.;-)

AOL registers 35 mln shares to cover stock options
NEW YORK, Aug 16 (Reuters) - America Online Inc. <AOL.N>
registered to offer a total of 35 million additional shares of
common stock worth $2.9 billion, mainly to cover stock options
for employees, directors and consultants, AOL said in a U.S.
regulatory filing on Monday.
The total 35 million additional shares would come on top of
America Online's more than 1 billion shares outstanding at the
end of the 1999 fiscal year in June, AOL said.
The value of the common stock and preferred stock purchase
rights was $2,911,562.50, based on an average price per AOL
common share of $83.1875 and calculated by determining the high
and low prices for the prior five business days of trading on
the New York Stock Exchange, the filing said.
