Hopeless, but what else can you expect from the source? After we party hearty on New Year's Eve, shall we hold a Cinqo de Mayo party? Of course, there are going to be some difficulties associated with Y2K, but civilization as we know it is not going to grind to a halt. Anyone who really follows these issues knows the status here and in other, less prepared countries, and knows about backups and contingency plans. The entire thread is a nomination.
