NASDAQ requires either a $4.00US bid price for the small-cap board or $5.00US bid price for the national market. It would appear to me that the only two alternatives left at this time would be OTC:BB or AMEX which has a $3.00US bid price requirement, and as you noted, they reached that point today. Hopefully they will avoid OTC:BB.
