I have observed that XICO and other small caps are in favor when the market is down. There are no XICO buyers, volume is of little importance, when market is up. Investors/traders still favor the inuts and large caps when the overall market rallies. XICO seems to be a good hold until December.

XICO's high today is $7 5/8? I did not even see that. Looks like some hard resistance at that level. When do we break $8?

Hmmm, the last time XICO touched $5 13/16 was 08/04. So Valueline's valuation is a week old. But I think we'll touched $9 by year-end if chip fundamentals are still intact. AMAT to report tomorrow. This should give us a clue on the sector.
