pomp.... This may sound stupid but try this re: your media player. Mine didn't work the first try either, only video worked - without the sound. I then tried to play a different interview. It then worked. When I went back to the Tate interview, it then played it fine. Haines did a crappy job of interviewing though. Tate didn't seem too concerned about trying to get the real story out there.
