Tim,

Question one has been answered many times many ways.

Questions 2 thru 4 are good questions.

Regards,

Tim, I have some answers, probably not really what you are looking for...

1. insider selling--there was a press release that discussed management lock-up of shares. Other sales, 144, as I understand it the company has grown through share placements which have resulted in great dilution.

2. the big board--I'm not up on the latest but they did complete a 38 page 10-12g in late June. Obviously they are taking steps toward listing.

3. press releases not moving the price--3 factors IMO. First, the internet sector has been weak which results in people less inclined to buy and hold. Second, the news is about the processes being undertaken and doesn't vary greatly from the story investors already know. So, in a sense, it isn't new news. Third, the news investors really want is that people are using the product--not that marketing is being done.

4. mass selling after every rise--not sure which ones you are referring to here. My guess is that selling has occurred to a great extent by those who have made great profits, which are more common with PNLK because of the 1. financing by selling shares at cheap prices used in the past and 2. the excitement of the potential which causes the stock to go up quickly. No rocket science here--just supply and demand issues.

Now, either you like the price or you don't. What price are you looking for? Ted

>>>I believe that since your continuing to follow PNLK that you also either DO or WANT to believe. <<<

Tim, I couldn't agree more with Roy. I think you got quite a few shares of PNLK stashed away, at these prices one would have to nuts not to have some put away.
Anyway, you made some great calls in the not too distant past on takeovers, I'm curious if PNLK might be in your takeover crystal ball?
Riz.

PS. As far as I'm concerned you can share your thoughts
here anytime you want.
