ZOMAX INC. (ZOMX): James Anderson, Zomax Inc. president and chief executive officer, sold 200,000 shares of the company's common stock throughout the month of July. Anderson sold the 200,000 shares from July 6 to July 30 at per-share price ranging between $43.38 and $54.06. At the end of the month, he directly owned 12,661 shares of the company's common stock.
