Tim - I have another question. Say there is a 10 point premium placed on Knt for the buyout - from where is this premium attached?
If the stock price has dropped to 12 is it 10 above that, or is it 10 above something else. Increase my knowledge, please. Honor

Aside from the consolidation in the industry, why do you think this is a takeover candidate, as opposed to others?
Has anything changed,that you are aware of, in the past few weeks regarding KNT? The volume has dropped along with the price. You were pushing it hard for a while. Perhaps you were blasted when the takeover did not materialize.
