to: C Kahn from: truedog CK, I agree but, have been talking about European attitudes of superiority at Americans for years. There are definitely some good guys, like MNI but people like Gus try to denigrate them, as you have seen him do here. This happens mainly among the younger ones who don't realize that their predecessors kissed the combat boots of the GIs that liberated them from Nazi oppression. Some of them also, do not believe that the Holocaust actually happened regardless of all the documented proof. So, what ya gonna do? The funny part about the doughnut thing is that the old bet was that I bet my dollar against his doughnut, meaning,of course,if he won, I would owe him a dollar. So in an imagined conquest, he screams for his doughnut. Such intelligence is mind boggling, is it not??...TD
